Torchbearers win door prizes on Torchbearer Celebration Day

Dec. 1, 2008 --  Brian Boyer has spent ten years as an ASU Torchbearer, and this year, it paid off. He finally won a door prize at the Tuesday, Nov. 18, Torchbearer Celebration Day. Because of team travel, he missed the celebration breakfast buffet, but he still won the grand prize, a Peterson's photography package valued at $270. Torchbearers could choose between the breakfast buffet or an afternoon "happy hour" reception. Elaine Poynter, director, Annual Fund, says, "Be a winner like Coach B--join Torchbearers any time by filling out a pledge card and returning it by campus mail." Mail pledge cards to Elaine Poynter, Cooper Alumni Center. A list of all prizes and winners follows below, with the individual's name, his or her department, and his or her prize.
