March 9, 2008 --
The Arkansas State University College of Humanities and
Social Sciences and the ASU Pre-Law Club will be unveiling the newly
completed Pre-Law Center in a grand opening ceremony on Wednesday, March
12, 6 p.m. in Wilson Hall room 206.
The new center is located in Wilson 207A.
The evening's events will begin with a keynote address from Dr. Glen

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will follow, and refreshments
will be served.
Students will be allowed to sign up for a special trip to
Little Rock to tour the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's William
H. Bowen School of Law; they will also be able to register for various
workshops designed to improve their chances for admission to law school.

Those attending will also have a chance to register for a free LSAT prep
course valued at more than $1000.
Preceding the opening will be a faculty/staff open house on Tuesday,
