Faculty Conference
Faculty Conference will be Wednesday, Aug. 17, in the Student Union Auditorium, beginning with a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m., and opening remarks at 9 a.m. At 11:30 a.m., all faculty are invited to attend a picnic hosted by the President's Office on the lawn between the Mathematics Building and the Dean B. Ellis Library.

College/Departmental meetings
Most college and department meetings are scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 18. Faculty should contact their department offices for specific times and locations.

New Student Orientation
Faculty should be available to advise beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 19.

First Year Convocation
All faculty are requested to attend the First Year Convocation on Sunday, Aug. 21. Faculty should plan to be at Fowler Center by 1:45 p.m. in academic regalia to line up for the procession. The ceremony will begin at 2 p.m.
