Feb. 7, 2007 -- The Department of English and Philosophy and the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Arkansas State University have announced the publication of the most recent issue of "Explorations in Renaissance Culture." Co-sponsored by the South-Central Renaissance Association, this
bi-annual journal takes an interdisciplinary approach involving literature
and languages, music, and art to Renaissance studies. The issue is lavishly illustrated with reproductions of art works from the Renaissance, which the authors treat in their articles. Frances Malpezzi, professor of English at ASU, edits "Explorations for Renaissance Culture." She is assisted by Joseph Bynum, editorial assistant, William Clements, production editor, and a board of internationally known associate editors. The ASU Printshop prints the journal. For further information, contact the Department of English and Philosophy at ASU, P.O. Box 1890, State University, AR 72467 or visit the journal’s Web site at engphil.astate.edu/EIRC/. # # #
