2008 Juried Student Exhibition holds opening reception Wednesday, Feb. 25

Feb. 22, 2008 -- ASU's College of Fine Art will hold the opening reception for the 2008 Juried Student Exhibition, sponsored by the Art Student Union, Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 5 p.m., in the Fine Arts Center Gallery, Fine Arts Center, 114 S. Caraway Road. The juror for the exhibition was Dr. Maria Buszek, assistant professor of art history at the Kansas City Art Institute. Buszek selected 27 pieces in various media and selected the award winners, who will be announced at the opening reception. The reception is free, and the public is invited. Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. The exhibition runs through March 14.
