March 13, 2007 --The Arkansas State University Concert Choir, which is directed by Dr. Dale Miller, will be featured with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra and Chorus in its performance of Mendelssohn's "Elijah" on Saturday, April 14.

The 8 p.m. concert will be in the Cannon Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Memphis.

The critically acclaimed oratorio is a historical narrative of events in the life of the Biblical prophet Elijah.

The Memphis Symphony Orchestra is offering special ticket prices to students, parents, family and friends of the ASU performers.  Tickets are available for $20 each, which is half the regular price, through Friday, April 6.
