24, 2001 Department of Music to present Percussion Ensemble in concert The Arkansas State University Percussion Ensemble will present a concert Thursday, Nov. 8, at 7:30 p.m. in Riceland Hall at Fowler Center, located at 201 Olympic Drive. The ensemble is under the direction of Craig Collison. The program will include "Whole Tone Piece" by Murray Moullif; "Xylophonia" by Joe Green and Bob Becker; "Tribeca Sunflower"; and "No Exit" by Lynn Glassock. Russell Niemeyer, xylophone soloist, and Tina Gragg, marimba soloist, will perform "Xylophonia" and "Tribeca Sunflower." Members of the Percussion Ensemble include Jonathan Murray of Bryant; Ralo Brown of Dumas; Carl Roberts of Forrest City; Gragg, Ben Runnels and Ben White, all of Jonesboro; Kendal Hayes of Paragould; Niemeyer of Prescott; and Billy Allen of Wynne.
