Percussion
Ensemble Concert to be held Thursday, April 11 The Arkansas State University Department of Music will present a Percussion Ensemble concert Thursday, April 11, at 7:30 p.m. in Riceland Hall at Fowler Center, located on Olympic Drive. The ensemble is under the direction of Craig Collison. The program will include works by David Long, Brett Dietz, David Steinquest, Lynn Glassock and Mantle Hood. A large variety of percussion ensemble selections will be presented, including mallet keyboard and drumming selections. Personnel for the group are Richard Penn of Benton; Ben Pruett of Bono; Ralo Brown of Dumas; Carl Roberts of Forrest City; Tina Gragg, Ben Runnels, Ben White and Jessica Vick, all of Jonesboro; Russell Niemeyer of Prescott; and Billy Allen of Wynne, The free concert is open to the public.
