13, 2001 Student Activities Board to sponsor community Harvest Carnival The Arkansas State University Student Activities Board Homecoming Committee is sponsoring a Harvest Carnival on Monday, Sept. 17, from 5 until 8 p.m. on the west side of Indian Stadium. The free event is open to the community and will offer activities best suited for school-age children. Various campus groups and organizations will have booths, games and activities available for participants. Prizes and candy will be given away at the event.
