Electronic Music Recital
to be held Monday, Nov. 4


The Arkansas State University Department of Music will present mixed media works composed in the Electronic Music Studio Monday, Nov. 4, at 5 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Recital Hall, located on Caraway Road.

The performance will include two and four channel electronic works, and one DVD video work that involves surround sound.

Student composers whose work will be included on the program are Matthew Cureton of Cash; Tim Miller of Corning; Josh Travis, Frank Hendrix, Justin Patterson, Chris Cheadle and Paul Markowski, all of Jonesboro.

ASU faculty member Dr. Timothy Crist will also premiere a four channel work entitled "Bamboo."
