1, 2001 University to host regional Articulation Workshop Arkansas State University will host high school counselors from Northeast Arkansas at the regional Articulation Workshop at Fowler Center on Wednesday, Sept. 5, at 9:45 a.m. Representatives from colleges and universities in Arkansas and some surrounding states will present high school counselors with information about new programs and opportunities at their various institutions. This program is sponsored by the Arkansas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Offices.
