ASU to host Economic Outlook Conference Feb. 25

Feb. 22, 2010 --  Arkansas State University is hosting the Economic Outlook Conference, Thursday, Feb. 25, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Fowler Center on the ASU campus. Conference hosts include Dr. Len Frey, dean of the ASU College of Business; the Center for Economic Education; McAdams Frierson Chair of Bank Management; and the Delta Center for Economic Development.

The conference focuses on current economic conditions and provides an outlook for the remainder of 2010, concluding with a question and answer session following the presentations.

Guest speakers are Kevin Kliesen, business economist, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis; Bill Tedford, executive vice president, Stephens, Inc.; and Dr. Gary Latanich, Director of the Center for Economic Education at ASU.

Conference registration is free. However, a $10 fee is appreciated to cover the cost of the meal.
