Quapaw
Quartet & Cross Town Trio in Fowler Center Chamber Music Series The Quapaw Quartet and the Cross Town Trio will perform in concert Tuesday, March 26, as part of the Fowler Center Chamber Music Series at Arkansas State University. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Riceland Hall at Fowler Center, 201 Olympic Drive. Admission is free. This performance is the third of four chamber music concerts this season featuring musicians from the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra. The Quapaw Quartet includes Eric Hayward and Dan Danielson, violin; Lin Chang, viola; and Stephan Feldman, cello. The Cross Town Trio includes Jackie Lamar, tenor saxophone; Karen Griebling, viola; and John Krebs, piano. The Cross Town Trio will perform the Hindemith Trio and the Quapaw Quartet will perform Dvorak’s String Quartet No. 13. This program is supported, in part, by the Arkansas Arts on Tour program of the Arkansas Arts Council, an agency of the Department of Arkansas Heritage, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
